passing out often for about 20 min.

Hello, my name is Pam and my Grandmother is 88 yrs of age and in very good shape,has been passing out off and on for about 3 weeksknow.She sometimes passes out every hour,sometimes every other day.She has had all the test done from top to bottom and MRI and cat scans.She was sent home,she is stibborn and won't take help.She still lives in her own house and takes care of her self.What help can we give her?IS there a cure?Please Help
