How does anyone work? I need suggestions!

First I just want to say sorry for posting my reply above so many times. Woops! Anyway, If you read my earlier post(Unemployed due to vaso vagul, Help!-8/18/05) you'll see that I have become too ill to work a regular job. Maybe I could do something from home but those are usually too good to be true, right? I need advice! How has anyone else done it? My finace' cannot afford to take care of me-he makes to little. I literally have no money to even go see the doctor again! Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks so much!
