vasa vagal syncope

I have been blacking out now for 5 years. And only in the last month have the doctors come to the decision that i have vvs. I don't have the pain as some of the other girls i have read about but i do have the dizzie spells, the blurred vision and the weak feeling afterwords. It is unknown to me how the doctors came to the decision that this is what i have as all the tests i have ever had have come back clear. It seemed all of a sudden after being in the dark about my problem they reached a decion. If anyone out there know's about Vasa vagal syncope please can you tell me what exactly it is and if there is anything that can be done to help it.
