I need to get some information. The dcotor told me I probably had a vasal vagal reaction. I'm a diabetic, well controled. On Friday morning, I got my period, no big deal. I had two bouts of diahrea (I've got IBS). Anyway, I felt fine, went out with a friend, had a few beers, came home and I ate an english muffin w/margarine & some grape jelly. Around 2:30 am, I sat up in bed, felt a funny feeling high up in my stomach, stood up fast to go to the bathroom. When I sat down, I began sweating, everything felt like it was in a fog, I quickly got to bed, thinking it was a low blood sugar reaction, it wasn't, blood sugar was fine. Took my bp and it was 80/46, my pulse was really really slow. There was no chest pain, but a funny feeling when trying to breath. Can anyone tell me what might have happened. This never happened before when I went ot the bathroom. I didn't actually pass out, just felt like I would.
