Vaso-Vagal Discussion

anyone have these vaso vagal symtoms when sitting or lying down. I seem to have them when I am sitting or lying down.

I never seem to have them when I am standing and I never have them at doctors offices or stress related events. Lack of sleep seeems to be a big trigger.
