i am a white male 43 y.o had chest pain and slight dizzyness. three hours later went into house to sit and relax. started having severe chest pain and dizziness, got up sat at my desk laid my head on my arm,few seconds later passed out,cutting my head & breaking my nose awoke 30 to 45 sec. later got up sat on floor by sofa. started sweating and got dizzy again.ten min later i was feeling better,wife drove me to hospital. tests done tons of blood work, 20 e.k.g.'s tilt table blood presure checks witch were below norm,echo cardeogram.4 doctors could not come up with an answer to what was wrong,was prescibed lopesser, have just been released from hospital so i am hopeful it wont happen again. will post another in a week or two to let all know if better or not Eric
