Vaso-Vagal Discussion

I too have suffered VV for nearly 20 years, last October I ended up having Anxiety and Panic attacks brought on by a year of a lot of Stress, now it seems that when I have the feeling of a VV coming on it also brings on a Anxiety Attack. I have 2 small children and am totally unable to look after them when I am in this state. It is the most terrifying thing to go through and I agree that Doctor's so far don't seem to be able to offer much information to sufferers. Anytime I have a stomach ache or sickness/vomiting/dizzy spells this brings on the Attacks. I haven't met anyone who suffers from these before so it is a wee bit reassuring to know other's suffer from the same thing, but I'm sure we all wish that there was somthing we could do to stop it.
