VV Episodes ???'s

I started having "panic Attacks" later diagnosed as VV when I was 35 8 years ago. They lasted for about 3 years and quit. Now at the ripe age of 43 and going through a divorce, they're back.

I get light headed, but don't faint, get hot, one arm in particular feels really cold to the touch but feels like it's burning on the inside, sometimes i have chest pain, some times i don't and always that impending sense of doom. I always get hot feel nausous, and very thirsty, usualy followed by alot of bowel movements

Do any of you feel like stress or emotions contribute to your VV episodes?

Have any of you had years go by without these things only to have them return.

What helps you get over them?

And how do you find that your blood sugar figures in.

Thanks,

MomaRab
