Vasovagal and ACL

I was recently diagnosed with Vasovagal from a positive tilt table test after having numerous fainting epsiodes where I was completely blacking out and falling to the floor. There was no common denometer in any of the episodes in regards to stress, diet or enviornment. I was shortly thereafter diagnosed with AntiCardioLipin Antibodies which is where an antibody is present in my blood causing it to bind with fatty acids and having a high occurance of clots. Obviously dangerous especially taking the fainting (and head hitting the concrete!) into consideration. The two specialists do not think they are related. Has anyone else been tested for ACL? They know all this suddenly came on becauase with ACL you can't have children and I have a one year old boy. The only thing in my life that has changed over the last year is a tubal that I had last August! Help.
