thanks for the input. i'm only on 25mg of the toprol and now i'm on 100mg of zoloft. i plan on beginning some sort of excercise here soon. i only weigh 150 so if the toprol makes me gain a few i should be ok. i may try giving up the coffee, but that's gonna be real tough.
