Hi Stephanie,
My dr has told me I am not to have showers, they are one of the main triggers, I can't even have a warm bath anymore because that sets them off - strange but true!
Have you had a tilt test done? If not then seeing a cardiologist would be a good idea and get them to check the results. It would be best to make sure they can READ the results as well.
