I have had two VVS episodes, about a year apart, and each one happened about 20 to 30 minutes after i took aleve. In both episodes, I went blind, had stomach cramps, and felt like my head was going to implode. I am sure I have taken it before with no problems, but those were the last two times I took it, and I will not take it now.
