Just thinking out loud about your entry and the previous one- When I get up too suddenly, so that the blood doesn't get to my head right away, I sometimes feel like an episode is coming on. Maybe your showers in the morning are pretty immediate after you have awakened? Or maybe they are too hot? I can't do saunas because I can't breathe because it's too hot. Anyway, I think yours and previous entry aren't very odd. I've lived with this a number of years and am in early 60's.
