fainting in the shower

From: Stephanie

I started passing out after running and then taking a shower about 20 years agao..If I shower in the evening I'm fine..I have kept track and I pass out at least once a month in the shower. I have passed out a few other times during exercise..running, walking...I have seen a cardiologist without any results. Normal tests, tilt table was normal. Beta blockers were prescribed, but made me feel like I was outside my body looking in..I am tempted to see a neurologist. Could it be siezures?? I am very disoriented after a spell and it takes me awhile to know what, where, and how...Anybody have anything similar??
