I don't think that the nurse was suggesting you have a disease. Vaso vagal syncope only means a faint ~ and you did faint, which I guess is why they wrote it on your notes. If she had written V V Syndrome or something, I might say she'd been jumping the gun. They just like to sound technical! Try not to worry about it :)
