Has anyone ever tried the "HeartMath" computer system that helps to syncronize the brain and heart. Someone has suggested that the vaso vagal response can be trained and controlled.
The best I can describe this is like pulling a shoulder out of joint. Once it has ever been out of joint it is easier for it to come out from now on. Once someone has syncope episodes it is easier to have them. Not habit, but harder to resist or control.
This program is supposed to help with learning to control or syncronize the heart and the brain.
If anyone has used this or this type of program, please let me know if it helped. I don't want to spend money on some hocus poscus. We have enough money being spent because of this problem.
