Responding to a comment about VVS and laughter... yeah, I passed out once (in a seminar) when the instructor told a joke. It was kind of freaky... woke up on the floor with worried people all around me. Since then, I've taken to panting if/when I get dizzy from laughing. "Fading" might be a better word than "dizzy" since the onset cue to me is dimming of perceived light intensity.
