The tilt table test doesn't always cause one with vaso vagal to pass out. It did not in my case and the Doctor who is an expert regarding vaso vagal was still positive I had vaso vagal. I began passing out during exercise at age 51 and am now 56. I have daily dizziness and average a black out episode every 3 to 4 months. Don't be frustrated even though this condition does cause aniexty. Just learn to live with it and realize it is not live threatening as long as you do not put yourself in harms way by swimming, sky diving etc.

syndrome symptoms.
