vaso-vegal syncope

Had 3 episodes after a large meal. Sweating, spinning head and burping. Blacked out and vomitted. I have a hiatel hernia which probably brought the meal up, and I fainted simultaniously. One time I had atrial fibrilation and was taken to hospital - released after tests. Put on Atenolol, but it happened again.Cardiologist said my heart is ok. Pressure is a little high. I am now 76 years old. Episodes happened about 2 years apart.
