I was diagnosed or told theu suspected it went through everything you previously described, along with severe chest pains after coming too and weakness in lower extremes for days. went through all treatments including meds for anxiety and depression. nothing has workedto cure, but my episodes slowed extremely after my divorse, stress is a major factor in these fainting spells, but they have not gone completely away and I gave up on all the quacky treatments that werent working, but interesting enought in doing family genealogy I discovered my grandfather and his brother and one uncle all suffered from this but back then they had no idea what it was.
