VASO-VAGAL SYNCOPE

Iam 27 and have been experiencing episodes of head pain and pressure when I laugh, cough, sneeze or anything that is strenuous. On one occasion I blacked out during laughing and on another occassion I blacked out from coughing. I was told that I had vaso vagal but Iam still confused that it can be caused by pain, but my question is whats causing the pain to make the vaso vagal happen? I have had tons of tests done in which everything has come up negative, so I continually search for an answer.
