I had the same experience. I was in a mall bathroom all alone. I thought I was going to die. Like you, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. It's very hard to describe the awful feeling that washes over you. My mother had the same thing last night, and was hospitalized. I'm glad I finally know a little more about it.
