I just want to start off by saying, thank goodness I found this website. It's so hard to find anything on VV. My experience with VV started whe nI was about 8 yoa. I caught a stomach virus and was throwing up and would pass out in the middle of vomiting. My parents rushed me to the ER where they ran ther gammit of test (though the tilt table was not one of them. And eventually told me that I had VV. Ever since about 80% of the times that I vomit I pass out, though when I was pregnant with my daughter and had mourning sickness I NEVER passed out. thank goodness. I have also passed out once while giving blood, and just recently (last month) pass out just by becoming nausous (24 hours after an emergency Apendectomy) I've gone through and read some posts and it's funny to read all of the medical links people seem to have. My health Hx is that I have Hypothyroidism (which causes low BP), and anxiety disorder. But both were diagnosed 10 Years after I was diagnosed with VV. Well, I look forward to reading upcoming post and learning more.
