I have no answer. Just a comment that when I am at the dentist and they are working on me for a while -even cleaning my teeth - I have to remind them that I have VV because of that getting up suddenly business. Usually your head it below your feet so that's okay; it's the getting up part. I just don't stand immediately and wait until I feel it's safe.
