Re: Vaso Vagal Response????

I too have suffered with this problem for years, however, after months of different medications, I was finally given a pacemaker. This has stopped me from passing out, but not from having the siezures. Any stress to the body would have brought on the siezure, but I was also able to bring on an episode just by tensing up my entire body. This was a good thing as the doctor was able to determine what was working and what wasn't without having to wait for an episode to happen. The only thing that works is the pacemaker. None of the medications worked for me as I continued to have the episodes (they usually happen when I am tired). I have also noticed that I have a severe case of sleep apnea, and as soon as I started with the breathing machine at night - my episodes have decreased. I am now 31, I still suffer with this problem, but am living a much better life because of my doctors suggestion of getting the pacemaker.
