Vaso-Vagal seizures and passing with stop breathing

Hiya,I have had over the last few weeks passing out eppisodes and fitting type seizures with me stopping breathing for a period of up to 45 sec after wards i was wondering if any one else has these type of symptoms as well,,,,i have been to the emergency room twice in the last week and have had an CT and eeg done both turning up nothing and they say they think it is vaso-vagal syndrome what can i do to prevent or deal with this i work but standing is making me dizzy and was just hoping for some advise...Thanks
