My V-V symptoms include trembling, hot flashes, cold sweats, delerium, and sometimes intestinal discomfort. I have fainting spells not necessarily associated with the V-V episodes. I also have Sleep Paralysis spells -- sometimes at the same time as the V-V episodes.
