sorry to hear about your situation. I also have the low blood pressure and vagel symptons. I had a pacemaker installed a couple of years ago. It has helped, no more hitting the floor. But even with the pace maker, I still have the symptons. Really have to watch my sleep, water intake, I drink alot of gator aid and a product called zipfizz. The pacemaker isn't a big issue anymore. Its worth a shot.
