Convinced mother has VV

My mother (78) just had a pacemaker implanted due to an episode she had during minor surgery where her heart stopped and a full code was called. Took them 4 times to get heart going again. Her pacemaker is set @ 40 on the low end and she is still having almost daily pre-syncope episodes usually triggered by a BM. Is there a clinic or expert in this field (VV) that a person can contact? With the pacemaker these episodes are no longer life threatening but they are quite stressing and uncomfortable.
