Jill, I've struggles with this for years, all the standard symptoms all the yuck! ... but never passed out UNTIL I was pregnant! I had 4 "episodes" during my pregnancy and passed out 3 out of 4. It scared the hell out my husband. My only advise is to keep an eye on that low blood pressure (typical with VV) if you choose to do a epidural! Just let your nurse know that you will most liekly pass out at some point (again scaring the hell out of my husband!) Good luck to you and all of us! Jenn
