hi i,ve had v-v since i was 9 i am now 37 i have the same reactions to sudden frights etc i am on propranalol it helps me not to faint but still get the attacks the weak and fainting feeling etc i hate travelling on motorways i get sudden attacks 2 mins after or even before we approach the motor way in crowds shops etc and i,ve found if i drink the bottled lucozade sports water it really helps itry and drink a bottle or 2 before and during ajourney or going shopping etc not soa drinks with caffiene in as caffiene is bad fo v-v sufferers also not to stand to long with out moving ido hope this info helps goodluck
