my daughter was diagnosed today. she is almost 26 and has 2 daughters, 5 & 4. no problems w/delivery or labor. these episodes only started to my knowledge about 4 yrs ago. she has always been healthy as a horse. when she and i were talking today about this, she said she could now remember having these "spells" several times while in high school. she just thought it was not eating right or whatever teenage girls thought. Can you tell me where to go for information on what this syndrome is and what it is doing to the body when it happens. she was told there was nothing she could take or do. thanks in advance.
