I have just read your article on Vaso-vagul syncope with interest. For the last 5-6 months I have been noticing that when I laugh in a certain way (usually heartily) I go dizzy, faint and almost fall over. it is a strange feeling and is occuring more and more or perhaps i am jusy more aware of it now. As a cardiac nurse it has happened when with colleagues ( which is quite handy I guess) they have said at the time of happening I have been Tachycardic rather than than bradycardic which i would have guessed at. I am going to have a 24 Holter monitor to see if this shows anyhting
