hi rich i have had v-v sinse iwas 9 i also have the same as you when the heart beats jump to about 10 fast and then back to normal i find i cant breath but my doctor told me i was breathing at the top of my lungs so he showed me how to breath some of the air out as if to empty some out and then breath normal it does help .i have had ectopic beats for 8 yrs its anightmare at times as depending on the ectopic beats and where you are at the time can set panic attack off .are you on medication for v-v
