You know what - I think I do as well! After my initial weight exercise I often get nystagamus, dizzyness, and nausea that stops after lying down on the ground for a few minutes. Most times, though not every time, I recover sufficiently to carry on and , usualy, won't suffer again in that session. My specialist says it is vaso-vagal but we haven't got to any treatment or how long it will last but he tells me it will pass over time. Can't come soon enough for me.
