I am so glad to have found this site. I had my first episode two weeks ago. I am 33 years old, I had a severe menstrual cramp while doing the dishes. Next thing I know my kids are standing over me asking if I am okay. There was no warning signs. I felt pain and was out.

My Doctor said now that I have "awoken" the reflex it will be more inclinded to happen again. Has anyone ever heard this?
