Still crazy! (--but VV isn't why)

A thousand thank you's for this site. I've read my story here a dozen times over. I was so ashamed, sure I was nuts. . . I've fainted at the same events a few years running (outdoors, hot day, standing, stomach ache), also with stomach cramps -- you good people know! My kind doctor reassures me it's "only" VV. I treasure his calmness -- but my own distress is real and frightening. I'm so happy to hear I'm not alone, that other people pass out on the toilet and live to tell the tale. I feel better now about NOT calling 911 every time it happens (I know I'll get through it even if my friends think it's unsafe).

Thank you all and let's hang in there together!
