Is this Vaso-Vagal?

Last night I felt great. I watched starwars with my friends in my dorm, and had a good time. Went to bed at about 1:30, which is very good on a friday night. I woke up between 6-7am and knew i had a bad fever. I started getting chills and felt "cold" even though I was running a fever. I went back to sleep, then woke up again at 11:30am. I went to my sink to put on some contacts, and I remember getting really dizzy, passing out, and falling to floor, hurting my tailbone. I started sweating a lot and I noticed that I didn't have the fever anymore!!!

I went to sleep again and woke up now and I'm pretty much fine.

Could somebody explain what they think could have happened?
