I thought I would share this with you though I am afraid it's not particularly helpful. Sometimes I get a VV reaction after I get drops put in my eyes (to get my eyes dilated). Last time I mentioned that possibility and the technician backed away and said, "I hate that when it happens." Oh well, It didn't that time so all was fine. I guess what I am saying is that it's more common than we might think. Also, about a year ago I had a full blown episode in a hotel on vacation when I got up suddenly in the middle of the night. When the hotel secuity and emergency personnel saw me on the floor in the bathroom they wanted to move me to get my vitals. Moving me made me throw up. It was a damned if you don't and damned if you do situation. I was perfectly comfortable on the nice cool floor until I came around, but moving me caused more of a mess. The thing that I keep saying in this forum is that if you can see the beginning of an episode coming on, get that person flat and with their feet propped up and elevated above their head. Offer cold water if the person is able to drink it.
