Sounds like VVS, compounded by stress into anxiety attacks, which mimic or feed back into the pre-symptoms of VVS. After a series of faintings over ten years ago, I developed an anxiety about fainting that felt like the lead-up to the real thing. As the brain is deprived of blood by low BP due to VVS or anxiety, I suppose visual and auditory changes are experienced.
