Last month one of my brothers, who I don't have much contact with, revealed at age 58 that he tended to faint easily, and I told him about VVS. I had always heard that my great-grandfather's wife had some odd malady where she never felt right, was always seeking some cure, and was considered a hyprochondriac. I think now she probably had VVS which led to anxiety attacks, which is where we got it from.
This web site is not a substitute for a

treatment and diagnosis is the only acceptable initial response to these serious symptoms
since they might present from any number of life threatening and treatable illnesses. It
