My advice, live strong, and wear your body out to the best of your abilities, everyday. Ativan helps me to sleep - episodes are worse when I'm premenstrual and throughout menses. Stress always makes everything worse, so try to to do something good for yourself, pedicure, manicure, yoga class. Smell the flowers, and start saying NO to people. Think good thoughts, be kind to others, and eat well. The dust and dirt can wait sometimes. Red wine !
