Hey! I took that exact same combination and it worked awesomely, however I was on florinef and zoloft at first and that was unsuccessful, maybe try a dffrent brand of anti depressants. Also ask your doctor about Proamitein(unsure of spelling but sounds like protein...) it keeps your vessels from dialating and really helped out. I don't know if you are a woman or not, but BC Pills also made such a difference.
