Vaso Vagal response

I tend to think that a vaso vagal reaction is my bodys reaction to severe pain through a constipation moment. I have the same exact reaction as you, all the sweat through every pore, drop in blood pressure, nausea, shakiness and faint spell. The only suggestion I have for this exact situation is to always make sure you consume enough fibrous food in your daily diet.
