I take Levbid(anti-spasmodic for upper GI ) every morning to prevent an episode from eating. I also have .25mg xanax if I start felling anxious or get nerrve sensations in my chest and upper gi area. That seems to be the trick for me. Anxiety is one of my triggers. I also have to get enough sleep and stay well hydrated.
