vasovagel reaction

I am 54 female, had by-pass surgery 11 yrs ago. A recent cath. showed no blockages..however I was just diagnosed with vasovagel reaction. I experienced nausea, chills, sweats, and BP of 150/90 with pulse rate of 110...is this commmon ? and what is the cure for this?
