I don't know about this ladies husband but when it's happens to me i'm really sweaty and clammy. and to neutrilize it i have to lay down on my right side, kind of in the fetal position. what i'm noticing from everyone's responses is that it has something to do with teeth and dehydration and probably way to much caffeine with a minor in stress. me personally all i drink is soda, i drink like two liter bottles of it in a day. When it's happened to me i had teeth and they were really bad, i had to get them all pulled because my face swoll up to the size of a softball. and yea my blood pressure is really low anyway. I've also gotten sharp pains in my stomach and head.
