Hi, Your the first that mentioned the feeling sicks for days afterward. I had a very bad spell on fri oct 9 -I felt like I was going into shock when I came too. I was sooooo cold and shakey, numb, nauseas, need to deficate, unable to even sit up, with shallow breathing and pressure in my chest(not pain)- Now it is almost a week later and I feel awful. I am overly tired-weak-I feel lightheaded all the time and I feel like my lungs will not expand for a full deep breath. _My problem is the guilt I feel as though how dare I get ill- There is no proof that anything is wrong with me-all my tests came back normal and this was my diagnosis. What is this anyway? Is it heart related, nerve related, brain related????? I can not shake the fear since it has happened because it was so sudden with no warning at all. I have fainted before but there where reasons like locked knees, or extreme temp. change, but this happened at the groceriy store with my husband. One minute I was feeling great and the next i was leaning on my husband telling him I felt funny in my chest and then I was down. He said I was out at the least 5-10 min. When I came too- I had severe vomiting and the other symptoms stated above. I have a large family to care for and I am almost afraid to drive. I feel faint and breathy since then. ANY advidce?? I have suffered with aniexty since i was 5 and currently take paxil and depokote- but this is a new condition Also we eat organic and exercise daily and I get about 7-8 hrs of sleep. This week I have been napping-I just fall out from a sense of exhaustion.
