I was told last week after a treadmill test that I have vaso vagal episodes. I am 29, have hypothyroidism and PCO. He said to stay away from the edge of roof lines and sent me on my way. what is this, what do I do about it, and what causes it? Any help would be appreciated. I have gotten quite lightheaded lately, but have only had 5 actual "episodes". Lighthead, cold sweat, dizzy, nauseous, extremely scared and could not stand up. Can anyone help me?
