Gina, I am not a doctor, but as a VV sufferer I have to tell you, it doesn't sound like your condition is Vaso vagal. It sounds to me like a panic attack and probably is connected to post-partam depression. Loss of hearing and tunnel vision are not commonly connected to VV. I hope you find another doctor to advise you better. Good luck to you.
